Spurs and Man City face off in a mouthwatering clash at the new stadium

Man City travel to the new White Hart Lane in rampant form, having won each of their last 14 matches in all competitions.

Tottenham, meanwhile, have been poor of late, losing four of their past six matches, but winning their first at their new home against Crystal Palace.

Man City’s social media team have now amped up the tension for tonight’s European clash, by cheekily wishing Tottenham the best in their new stadium – after they’ve played them.

The club tweeted: “Wishing @SpursOfficial all the best in their new home… After tonight…”

Pochettino has promised Spurs will be ‘brave’ and ‘aggressive’ from the off against Manchester City.

“City are one of the best teams in Europe, and in England,” he said in his press conference.

“We’ll start the game very aggressively. We want to be aggressive. We know that very well.

â€Å“We’ve prepared for the games. We’ve been talking about the different situations that can happen from beginning. We want to start with a high tempo.”

This is new territory for Tottenham having never qualified for a Champions League final in the past. It all kicks off at 3 p.m. ET. How They Got Here. Having just fallen short in the Champions League final just one year ago, the Reds will be looking to get over the hump, winning a major cup that arch-rivals Manchester City was denied.
