Chelsea are reportedly demanding £130million for Eden Hazard this summer.
The forward has been a long term target for Real Madrid but they are understood to be unwilling to part with more than €100million (£88m) to get their man.
Hazard has just a year left on his contract at Stamford Bridge and the Blues risk losing him for nothing next summer if he is not sold in this transfer window.
Sky Sports News report that they have set their valuation at £130million despite there being just 12 months on his current deal.
The negotiations are reportedly being handled by Chelsea director Marina Granovskala but they are under no pressure to sell.
An update regarding the 28-year-old’s future is expected to come after the Europa League final against Arsenal on Wednesday.
Some reports suggested that a deal had already been done and would be announced following the final in Baku.
Hazard has consistently refused to talk about his future during the football season despite speculation surrounding a possible move to the LaLiga club.

Chelsea are also unlikely to be able to sign a potential replacement for the Belgium international as they are facing a transfer ban for the next two windows.
Hazard joined the Blues in 2012 for £32million from Lille and has gone on to be one of the world’s best players.
He has scored 108 goals in 351 appearances and has won five trophies with the club, including two Premier League titles.
